referred to hereinafter collectively as “AFCMOA”, “we”, “our” and/or “us”), our websites and services.

certain information about you during the domain name registration process and to maintain a copy of such information

with a third party escrow service. This information may include your full name, mailing address, phone number, email

address, and, where provided, your fax number. Such contact information may be used, for example, to communicate with

you when necessary with respect to transactions. Additionally, we may collect contact information provided to us during

any correspondence relating to customer support, as well as in connection with products and services offered on our
Websites.

Financial Information:
We collect and retain certain financial information from when you order our products and

services. For example, when you pay for a class course or any other product or service through

AFCMOA .com, we require you to provide a credit card number and billing address before we will process that

Privacy Policy or as necessary to fulfill any order for our products or services.

offer or to enter a sweepstakes or contest and you win a prize, we may post a winner’s list online where your name and

city may be listed and will file your name with state agencies if required by law. You further acknowledge that you are

not required to agree directly or indirectly or enter into an agreement regarding our telemarketing efforts as a

you emails regarding your account administration, as well as any necessary information, such as renewal notices and

WHOIS Information:
For any domain name registrars owned and/or operated by AFCMOA .com, ICANN requires us to make

certain information, collected in connection with the registration of a domain name, available to the public via an

interactive web page and a “port 43” WHOIS service. This public information includes your full name, mailing address,

phone number, email address, and, where provided, your fax number, as well as the creation and expiration dates of your

domain name registration and the nameserver information associated with your domain name, but does not include

demographic, financial or Internet usage information. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy we will refer to this

information collectively as your “WHOIS Information.” Please note that we do not control how members of the public may

use the WHOIS Information.

Third Parties: 
From time to time we may share personally identifiable information with third parties in order to have

them send you special offers and promotions or other information we think you might find of interest. We ourselves will

also occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, promotions, or information which we have

found that may be of interest to our users and subscribers. If you do not want us to use the information you provide in

order to inform you of products and services we think might interest you, or provide your information to third party

We engage other companies, individuals, and affiliates of AFCMOA    to perform

certain functions and/or services to our customers. Examples may include processing credit card payments, providing

marketing assistance and removing repetitive information from customer lists, as well as offering electronic mail

services and making available digital certificates. Additionally, if you register a domain name through a registrar

owned and/or operated by AFCMOA .com, we may forward certain information you provide to the appropriate registry

handling the administration of your chosen domain name. Your contact and financial information may either be collected

by or shared with such third parties as necessary, and in some cases, your information may be retained or used by such

third parties.

We contract with service providers to provide us with a data collection and reporting services. When you visit our

Websites, those service providers may collect information on our behalf about you in order provide us with aggregated

data about our customers to assist us in conducting our business and delivering the more relevant products and services

to our customers. If you would like to opt-out of the gathering of such information, you can disable your cookies that

assist in the gathering of that data, but please note that certain services and functions of our Websites may not

function correctly without cookies.

Service Related Uses:
We may use your personal information to contact you about the goods or services you have

purchased from us, or for other purposes in which you have expressed an interest, for example, if you have contacted

AFCMOA    sometimes enters into agreements in which we jointly develop or operate

websites with third parties (each a “Partner Site”). Any information collected via a Partner Site may be jointly owned

by AFCMOA    and the applicable third party partner, or, alternatively, owned solely by us or the third party

partner. It is your responsibility to check the privacy policy of such third parties before submitting any personal

information to a Partner Site.

Business Transfers:
As AFCMOA    continues to develop its CHURCH business, it might sell or transfer all or some of its

business or assets, or create a separate business, and customer information generally would be transferred as one of

the business assets of the company or be shared or transferred in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, receivership,

or pledging of assets. Also, information about our users, including customer information, may also need to be disclosed

in connection with a commercial transaction seeking financing, investment, support or funding.

Protection of AFCMOA    and Others:
We may release account and other personal information when we are required to

do so by law, court order, subpoena or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency, including

ICANN, in order to enforce or apply our Services Agreement or other agreements, or when we believe in good faith that

disclosing this information is necessary or advisable, including for example, to protect the rights, property, or

safety of AFCMOA .com, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and

organizations for fraud protection , credit risk reduction or other similar purposes.

Sites Other Than AFCMOA  
AFCMOA    has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies or information gathering practices of

other websites, including those to which we may link and those which may link to us. We strongly recommend that you

review the privacy policies of every online service you use before submitting any personal information and direct any

concerns to the site administrator of that website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AFCMOA    ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WITH REGARD TO ANY THEFT, LOSS, ALTERATION OR MISUSE OF PERSONAL

OR OTHER INFORMATION LAWFULLY PROVIDED BY AFCMOA    TO THIRD PARTIES, OR WITH REGARD TO THE FAILURE OF ANY THIRD

PARTY TO ABIDE BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR SUCH THIRD PARTY’S PRIVACY POLICY OR ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THAT THIRD PARTY

AND AFCMOA .

You may opt-out of marketing communications from us by contacting Customer Support or opting out from the opt-out link

in any marketing email we send to you.

PROCEDURES USED TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We work to protect the security of your financial information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”)

software, which encrypts the information you input on the Website. Keep in mind however, that no method of transmission

over the Internet or method of electronic storage that is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially

acceptable means to protect your personal information we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You can further help

to ensure your security by taking a few simple precautions. For instance, it is important to protect against

unauthorized access to your computer and to any AFCMOA    username and password, and to be sure to sign off when

you are finished using a shared computer.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION 
AFCMOA    gives you the ability to access the information you have provided for the limited purpose of viewing and,

in certain cases, updating that information. To view or change this information, AFCMOA    customers may contact

Customer Support or log in to your online account manager, if applicable. We may retain your information in our files

after you terminate all your services with us to resolve disputes, enforce our relevant Service Agreement, and to

adhere to the technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the

Websites. Past customers may request this information by emailing or calling Customer Support. Please note, however,

that no financial information will be provided over the phone, and in no event will such information be provided

without verification.

CHILDREN 
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register online or purchase our goods or services. AFCMOA    does

not knowingly collect information from children under the age of eighteen (18).

DISPUTES
By choosing to visit the Websites and/or utilize any AFCMOA    services, you agree that any dispute you may have

regarding this Privacy Policy the use of your information by AFCMOA    shall be governed by the laws of the United

States of America and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles, as if the Agreement was a

contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Bucombe County in the state of North Carolina  Additionaly, you further

agree that any judicial proceeding relating to or arising out of this Privacy Policy or the use of your information by

AFCMOA    shall be instituted only in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction in BuCombe County

in the State of North Carolina, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such court and waive the right to challenge the

jurisdiction of such court on grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction or forum non conveniens, or to otherwise seek a

change of venue. Please note that if you enter into other agreements with AFCMOA  such other agreements may

supersede this Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns about your privacy at AFCMOA , please contact customer

support, and we will attempt to resolve it.

EFFECTIVE DATE
The Effective Date of this Privacy Policy is July 1, 2016 and as established below for future points of reference.

Due to the constantly changing nature of our business, we reserve the right to change, update or modify this Privacy

Policy at any time at our sole discretion, and will post any new Privacy Policy here.

Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on our

Website. You are responsible for checking our Websites frequently to keep apprised of recent changes. By going to our

Websites or utilizing our services after the Effective Date you are deemed to have consented to our then-current
