DONATIONS - LILLIE SIMPSON HILL FOUNDATION AWARD FOR SURVIVAL
THE 2ND ANNUAL LILLIE SIMPSON HILL FOUNDATION AWARD FOR SURVIVAL – 2017
Every year during the month of June, the ANNUAL LILLIE SIMPSON HILL FOUNDATION AWARD hosts an Award ceremony that recognizes one “SINGLE MOTHER” and one “SINGLE FATHER” who is either for their extraordinary dedication and demonstrated love and sacrifice made to raise their child(ren) in spite of the odds and challenges faced during the calendar year. The LILLIE SIMPSON HILL FOUNDATION presents this parenting survival award to each mother and father winner during the week of Ambassadors for Christ Ministries of America’s (AFCMOA) Holy Convocation conducted in June.
The Foundation was established in 2016 by Cardinal Charles Hill Sr., Phd., DD. He is the Patriarch of the AFCMOA. Cardinal Hill formed the foundation to honor his beloved mother, Lillie Simpson Hill for the difference her love, support, and deposit of Christian values made in his life. Cardinal Hill desires to pass forward the blessings that he received from his mother to a deserving, unrelenting, selfless, God-centered, and devoted single parent who would benefit from a little help in beating the odds.
The LILLIE SIMPSON FOUNDATION AWARD FOR SURVIVAL is purposed to recognize those single parents (one mother and one father per year) who go “above and beyond” to love, nurture, and shape their children into productive God centered citizens in spite of the hardships and challenges presented to the family either socially, economically, emotionally, or spiritually.
We request your 2017 single parent nominations (one female and one male) for a deserving hard working, selfless, loving parent (male and female) to receive
the LILLIE SIMPSON HILL FOUNDATION AWARD FOR SURVIVAL. Please provide a 500 word essay detailing the who, what, where, when, how, and why your nominee should win the award.
Do send your 500 word recommendation to: LillieSimpsonHillAward@afcmoa.org
